Dr. Michael Kwong is a serial entrepreneur: he is the co-founder of ACETA and Magnetar Asia, principal trainer of Miliconcept Holdings Limited and the director of next generation programme in Legacy Academy. He specialises in the study of organizational succession planning using Quantum Leadership. Dr. Kwong has over 20 years in corporate training and marketing experience and he actively teaches and shares his knowledge in academic and corporate institutions.

Dr. Kwong graduated from the University of Nottingham (UK) and Newport University (US) and was awarded BA (Hon), MBA and DBA. He was also awarded a diploma by Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK).
Dr. Kwong was the Independent non-executive director of New Capital Investment Group (1062 – listed in HKSE) and Top Gun Express Limited. He has been the Independent non-executive director of Citychamp Watch and Jewellery Group (256 – listed in HKSE) since 2004.

Dr. Kwong is a director of Hong Kong Economic and Trade Association, Hong Kong Association of the Advancement of Science and Technology, life member of Hong Kong Institute of Marketing and a fellow of International Institute of Management. Dr. Kwong is awarded Grade 1 corporate trainer by the Office of Qualification Accreditation, Chinese State Council, PRC government and a certified management consultant by International Management Consultant (Hong Kong). Dr. Kwong is a co-author of several books including “Quantum Dialogue” (2019), “Discourses on Legacy” (2015) and “Relationship Marketing” (2000).

Dr. Kwong is currently an online corporate trainer and quantum coach.
